Delivery Information

* For Fresh Flowers/ Express Deliveries (Same Day Delivery)

  1. We CANNOT commit any fix time for delivery as mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise. Deliveries will be made between 9 am to 7 pm on the given date.
  2. Orders received till 4 pm IST will be delivered on same day unless delivery date is mentioned.
  3. The delivery will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
  4. The above product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.
  5. We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases :
    • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
    • Recipient not available.
    • Premises locked.
    • Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
    • Recipient refused the products.
    • Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
  6. Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.
  7. No Deliveries on National Holidays.
  8. The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
  9. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the desired product.
  10. In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
  11. No change in instructions can be entertained before 24 working hours of the date of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team.
  12. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 1 working day prior of the delivery date.
  13. In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, the update will be available in the website and the same can be collected from the delivering outlet same day in the same city , details of which is available with our customer support numbers.
  14. We will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cake etc. after 24 hours from the time of delivery
  15. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
  16. For non-perishable commodities, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.
  17. Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description shall be delivered. Conformance would be seeked from the customer for the same through e-mail. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hrs., it shall be assumed that s/he has agreed to the delivery of the alterante product.
  18. Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 1 day prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at wecare@floristsinindia.com.
  19. While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.
  20. Courier and express product cannot be deliver together at same time.
  21. We will not entertain any complaint for perishable products like fresh flowers, cake etc. after 48 hours from the time of delivery.


  22. Hotel
    • Full address of the hotel.
    • Room No.
    • Telephone number of the hotel.
    • Name of Tour company, if applicable.
  23. Hospital
    • Full address of the hospital.
    • Ward number or name.
    • Home address of recipient with phone number.
  24. If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
  25. If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.
For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessability of our delivery team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail. 
 
* For Midnight Deliveries 

  1. Delivery will be made between 11.30 pm to 12.15 am on mentioned / asked delivery date
  2. We deliver on Sundays
  3. The above product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned above.
  4. We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases :
    • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
    • Recipient not available.

* For International Delivery
 
Terms & Conditions for International Deliveries:
  1. Orders should be placed 48hrs prior to the delivery date.
  2. Timely deliveries are not committed. The deliveries would be done in between 10am to 6pm.
  3. No deliveries on Saturday's and Sunday's.
  4. For Countries in UAE, No deliveries on Friday.
  5. Delivery status will be available after 48 hours of delivery.
  6. ZIP Code and phone number of the recipient is a must.
  7. Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
  8. We will attempt delivery only once, in case the house is locked or recipient refusing flowers, we will consider the delivery done.
  9. Any change in address / message unless placed within 2 hours, cannot be attended too.
  10. In case the recipient is unavailable at the given address, we can leave the product at the doorstep / with a neighbor / leave a door tag /leave a voice message.
  11. Sometimes, the delivering outlet may substitute flowers, container or accessories, without notice, due to non-availability.
  12. Delivery delayed due to weather conditions, incorrect delivery address or act of terror is not cause for refund or replacement under any circumstances.
  13. International Delivery Products will not be delivered on Saturday & Sundays.
* For Remote Locations & Towns :
 
Terms & Conditions for Remote Locations & Towns:
  1. All the orders received by 4 pm would be delivered on Next Day.
  2. We deliver on Sundays also.
  3. The above product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.
  4. No deliveries would be done on National Holidays. The delivery of the same would be done on the next working Day.
  5. We would attempt delivery of the items once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order.
  6. Please note that Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location.
  7. The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
  8. Delivery would be made between 10am to 7pm on all working days.
  9. No time commitment for the deliveries would be entertained.
  10. Correct and elaborate Address (landmark) and contact number is must of the recipient for placing the order.

 

* For Courier Products

  1. Orders will be shipped within 3-4 working days.
  2. The products will delivered through Blue Dart or Aramex.
  3. The product will be delivered all over India.
  4. No Deliveries on National Holidays and Sundays.
  5. Courier and express product cannot be deliver together at same time.
  6. We cannot commit exact date of delivery for courier products. Courier product will reach in advance/late within 3-5 days as per date of delivery.
  7. We will not entertain any complaint from Gifts category/Courier products like Plants, Hampers, Cushions etc after 6 days from the date of delivery.

 

General Disclaimers:

  1. Florists In India retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
  2. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Jalandhar, India only.
  3. If Florists In India is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
