Terms & Conditions

For Delivery in India:

  • Same day delivery orders can be accepted till 4 pm IST on the date of delivery.
  • Products will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities/Towns
  • We deliver all 365 days of the year (including Sundays and public holidays)
  • We guarantee on date delivery but do not commit any fix time for delivery. Deliveries will be made between 7 am to 8 pm IST on the given date. However, we do try our best to fulfill your delivery instructions. Midnight Deliveries will be made between 11:30 PM tp 12:30 AM on Mentioned / asked date. 
  • We believe in providing our customer the best quality. To maintain the freshness, flowers, cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location and are always hand delivered
  • Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address without extra charges. We will attempt delivery of the items only once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery may be possible. Orders are considered to be executed in the below cases:
  1. Recipient not available
  2. Delivery not done due to wrong address.
  3. Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
  4. Recipient refused the products.
  5. Premises locked.
  6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
  • The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability."
  • Images are indicative only. Though we try our level best to deliver as per the image shown, designs may vary & are subject to availability of flowers / consumables on any particular day. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.
  • Freshly baked cakes are available only after 10:30am IST. Please do not insist on early morning cake delivery. We do not deliver earlier days cakes unless insisted by the customer
  • Courier items: Courier orders would be shipped all over India within 3-4 working days and we cannot commit exact date of delivery for courier products. No deliveries possible on Sundays and national holidays.
  • In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
  • On special occasions like Valentines’ Day, the given prices are not applicable. Please check with our shop for special prices, products availability and advance order restrictions.
  • Prices of items which are subject to MRP restrictions are being sold on the website after adding up costs of our services, delivery and online transactions cost. The distribution could not be shown seperately due to technical restrictions and are taken to be understood.
  • No change in instructions can be entertained on the date of delivery unless acknowledged and confirmed in writing by our customer support team.
    Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested 1 working day (before 4 pm.) prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at orders@floristsinindia.com. Cancellation charge of INR 100 per order will apply.
  • In case of outsourced gift items, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.
  • Because of the perishable nature of most products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
  • We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 24 hours from the date of delivery of the order.
  • Florists In India follows a policy of free re-delivery in case of any genuine complaint raised by the buyer. Genuine cases include delivery at wrong address or date, and/or delivery of stale perishable items.
  • Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description and price shall be delivered.

General Disclaimers:

  1. Florists In India retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
  2. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Jalandhar, India only.
  3. If Florists In India is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
  4. Florists In India reserves the right to change the price or withdraw any product at any point of time at its own discretion without any notice.
  5. Florists In India has taken every care for the accuracy of the information provided in the website. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. However, Florists In India or its employees or its affiliates are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently provided/not provided in the website.
  6. In case of any confusion about the delivery address or in case our delivery boy is unable to locate the address, we reserve the right to call the recipient at the given phone number .
  7. All rights are reserved. No portion of this website may be reproduced in any form without the written consent of Florists In India
  8. Genuinity of information & interest of making payments:
    1. The customer promises that the information provided to Florists In India is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
    2. The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold Florists In India and its affiliates harmless from all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by them and also for the use of the services or transmission of any message or information by them. Florists In India may modify this agreement from time to time without giving any prior information.

Refund Policy:

If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by calling +91 98721 23949 (9 am to Midnight only) or email support@floristsinindia.com Please give at least 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date.

Order cannot be canceled or modified within 48 hrs from delivery date.

In rare case of service failure or quality complaint, you can write an email to info@floristsinindia.com and our team will respond you within 8-12 working hours.

Refund amount will be credited in the same account from which the online transaction has been done.

Our team will process a quick investigation on your order and in case of any quality / service failure found, we assure to re-deliver your product with complimentary flowers within next 24 hrs.
